Consent to processing of personal data for marketing purposes
The use hereby agrees that the operator may contact the user for marketing purposes, particularly by sending newsletters by mail and/or telephone, whereby the user can receive various information about the services and products of the operator and the operator´s affiliates in relation to the user´s preferences and expressed interest in various topics and events.
For this purpose, by ticking the appropriate consent checkbox, the user expresses consent to the processing of personal data – contact information (name, surname, e-mail, telephone number) for the above said purpose of providing marketing notifications about products of the operator and the operator´s affiliates by e-mail or telephone.
The user can withdraw this consent at any time by sending an e-mail toinfo@bucanka.cz.
Personal data protection and processing policy
The user hereby agrees that the operator shall be entitled to collect, keep and process the user´s personal data, including name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, IP address, including sensitive and other personal data made available by the user (“Personal Data”), for the following purposes:
•(i) sending of commercial announcements and other information about the operator´s business activities by electronic means in compliance with the respective regulations,
•(ii) performance of duties set out in the request or agreement executed with the user,
•(iii) performance of other statutory duties related to the user´s request or agreement executed with the operator and its performance; and/or
•(iv) protection of the operator´s legitimate interests before judicial, administrative or other proceedings.
The operator shall sufficiently protect these personal data, process them exclusively for these purposes, and keep them for the necessary duration of the purpose. The user shall duly advise the bearer of the data about his/her rights to
•(i) access to his/her personal data and their amendment,
•(ii) deletion and/or portability,
•(iii) raise objections to their processing,
all by means of the operator´s e-mail address info@bucanka.cz to be executed without any undue delay, however, latest within 30 days pursuant to Art. 15 to 23 Directive (EU) 2016/679. The user shall be entitled to file a claim with the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection, domiciled at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7).
In case of repeated or unjustified requests the operator shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for the costs of executing such requests.”
